- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, garlic, and horseradish until smooth. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Combine the chicken pieces with two cups of the prepared sauce in a zip-top bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat (around 450°F), rinse chicken under cold water, and pat dry.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill chicken skin-side down for 2-3 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2 minutes.
