  1. Begin by heating a combination of olive oil and unsalted butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, gently pressing them down as they cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, stirring well, and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. On a floured surface, gently roll out your chilled puff pastry sheet until slightly larger than your skillet.
