- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside and sauté mushrooms in the bacon fat until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf. Press bacon and sautéed mushrooms into an indentation on top, then add shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing, and garnish with fresh parsley.
