  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the bottom of your crockpot. Pour in the BBQ sauce and add the pineapple chunks along with soy sauce.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Check the chicken's doneness 30 minutes before the cooking time is up to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the sauce and serve.
