Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate the beef by combining soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Cook the broth by simmering gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Sear the marinated beef in a hot grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized. Remove and let rest.
  5. Serve by dividing noodles and broth into bowls. Top with creamy sauce, grilled beef, green onions, and sesame seeds.
