- Cook the broth by simmering gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Sear the marinated beef in a hot grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized. Remove and let rest.
- Serve by dividing noodles and broth into bowls. Top with creamy sauce, grilled beef, green onions, and sesame seeds.
