Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Spread the drained sauerkraut in the baking dish and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  5. Layer the cooked egg noodles over the sauerkraut.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture over the noodles, spreading evenly.
  7. Mix tomato soup with warm water until smooth, then pour over the beef layer.
  8. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
