Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Coat the shrimp in the dry mixture until fully covered.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  5. Fry the shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain excess oil by transferring fried shrimp to a plate lined with paper towels.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges.
