  • 2 tablespoons Butter for brushing
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season well and stir in crumbled bacon. Allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
  4. Spread the beef-bacon mixture over the dough, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each rollup.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley, cool slightly, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
