Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of seltzer, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  3. Incorporate crumbled bacon, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 6 eggs, 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, and optional lemon juice into the batter. Fold gently until evenly distributed.
