Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Unwrap the Goetze's Caramel Creams and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well and repeat in 30-second increments until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, heat the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in the microwave until hot but not boiling, about 30 to 45 seconds. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Wash and core the Granny Smith apples. Slice them into thin wedges, about 1/4-inch thick, and arrange in a circular pattern on a large serving plate.
  4. Drizzle the warm caramel generously over the arranged apple slices, then follow with the melted chocolate sauce.
