- Generously grease two 24-cup mini muffin pans with cooking spray or butter.
- Unroll a sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, stretch into a rectangle, and cut into 24 squares.

- Cut brie cheese into small cubes, freezing for 15 minutes if needed.
