- Prepare Kataifi Pastry: Remove the Kataifi pastry from the freezer or refrigerator, allowing it to come to room temperature (about 2 hours if chilled or 4 hours if frozen).
- Cut and Separate: Cut the softened Kataifi pastry into 1cm pieces and gently separate any clumped pieces.
- Cook Pastry: Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the cut Kataifi pastry, and toss for 5–10 minutes until golden.
- Mix Filling: Combine the crispy Kataifi with pistachio crema or paste in a mixing bowl, mix until well incorporated, adding tahini if desired.
