Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast. Whisk well to blend.

- Pour in 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 1/2 cups of warm water (around 110°F). Stir until a sticky dough forms and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and gently transfer the risen dough into it. Stretch the dough to the edges and let it rest for 30 minutes.

- In a small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil over low heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Let cool slightly.

- Make dimples in the dough and drizzle the sautéed garlic oil over it. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated parmesan, herbs, and sea salt.

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm.
