Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat about ½ inch of avocado oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until it shimmers.

  3. Take a corn tortilla, scoop a thin layer of the meat mixture onto its center, and place a triangle of American cheese on top.
  4. Carefully slide each taco into the hot oil, frying for 15-20 seconds. Fold and fry for another 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
