- Heat about ½ inch of avocado oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
- In a blender, combine ground beef, refried beans, lime juice, chili powder, onion granules, garlic powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Take a corn tortilla, scoop a thin layer of the meat mixture onto its center, and place a triangle of American cheese on top.
- Carefully slide each taco into the hot oil, frying for 15-20 seconds. Fold and fry for another 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove tacos from the oil, place on a paper towel, and fill with shredded lettuce and hot sauce.
