Preparation Steps
- Peel 3 ripe bananas and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices. Spread the slices evenly on a parchment-lined tray.
- Spread a thin layer of natural peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
- Freeze the tray for about 1 hour to allow the peanut butter to set.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each frozen banana slice.
- Optionally, drizzle honey or maple syrup and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
- Return the tray to the freezer for at least 2 hours to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Transfer the treats to an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge for a softer texture, but keep in mind the chocolate may lose its crispness.
