  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped.
For the Sauce
  • 1 quarter cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce Choose gluten-free tamari if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust based on your heat tolerance.
  • 1 quarter cup Sweet Chili Sauce Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh.
For the Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil Can substitute with olive oil.
  • 4 cups Shredded Brussels Sprouts Halved if preferred.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional, can be toasted.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks with green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sriracha for 7-10 minutes.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and heat over medium-high. Sauté shredded Brussels sprouts until tender and caramelized for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked beef mixture back into the skillet with the Brussels sprouts, adding sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds. Enjoy over rice or quinoa, or on its own for a low-carb option.
