  3. Prepare the sweet potato by peeling, cubing, and steaming until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Assemble Onigirazu by placing nori on a flat surface, adding sushi rice, filling, and another layer of rice.
  5. Fold the nori over and secure tightly, then cut in half diagonally to serve.
