  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of avocado oil, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in 2 cups of gluten-free rolled oats, zest of one medium orange, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries until evenly distributed.
