  • 1 package Refrigerated Crescent Rolls Puff pastry can also be used
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Adjust to taste
  • 1.5 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour Whole wheat flour can be used
For the Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Lemon-Lime Soda Can substitute with ginger ale or cream soda

Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Dumplings
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Peel the large peach, slice into 8 wedges, and set aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and wrap each peach wedge snugly, placing seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and flour to make the topping. Pour over the dumplings.
  5. Pour lemon-lime soda around the edges of the dumplings in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving with ice cream or whipped cream.
