Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, pour in 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk.
  2. Next, add 2 cups of frozen mango chunks and 2 medium frozen mandarin oranges.
  3. Scoop in 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 of a ripe avocado.
  4. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, along with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Cover the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
