  • 1 lb White Fish Fillets can substitute with halibut or snapper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder use smoked varieties for deeper flavor
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or use fresh
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or use fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper omit for milder flavor
  • to taste Salt

For the Lime Crema
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream can be replaced with Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice bottled is fine if fresh isn't available
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro optional
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage mix green and purple for color
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots or substitute with radishes
  • 1 small Chopped Red Onion can substitute with mild white onion
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
For Assembly
  • 8 pieces Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • to taste Optional Toppings e.g., avocado, diced tomatoes, hot sauce, lime wedges

Method
 

Preparation Steps
