- Prepare the Dough: In a clean mixing bowl, combine ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, honey, almond extract, and all-purpose flour. Mix until you achieve a sticky dough, about 3-5 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).
- Prep Baking Sheets: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Shape Cookies: Roll the dough into 20 equal-sized balls. Dredge in icing sugar and place on baking sheets.
