- Pour boiling water over the apricots and almonds in the bowl, ensuring they are fully submerged. Allow them to soak for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the soaked apricots and almonds into a food processor. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until a thick paste forms.
- Take about a tablespoon of the blended mixture and roll it into a ball, creating about 12 balls.
- Melt your dark chocolate using a microwave or bain-marie until completely melted and smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
