Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by finely chopping the fresh spinach until you have about two cups. Set out one cup of cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until cohesive.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake the crisps for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes before serving.
