- Start by finely chopping the fresh spinach until you have about two cups. Set out one cup of cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until cohesive.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake the crisps for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes before serving.
