  • 2 large Cucumbers Peel if skin is bitter
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is best
  • 4 cups Water Cold to help dilute
For Sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener (Agave or Maple Syrup) Adjust based on preference
For Aroma
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves Slap before blending

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cool running water, chop into quarters, and place in the blender.
  2. Add freshly squeezed lime juice, cold water, sweetener, and fresh mint leaves to the blender.
  3. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and vibrant green.
  4. Strain the mixture over a bowl or pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to separate liquid from pulp.
  5. Taste and adjust the flavors by adding more sweetener or lime juice as needed.
  6. Pour into serving glasses filled with ice or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
