  • 2 cups Cooked Rice white or brown
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese mix of sharp and mild
For Serving
  • 1 cup Crisp Green Salad
  • 1 loaf Garlic Bread

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the broccoli mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
