- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded coconut until evenly combined.
- Gradually fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal, stirring gently to coat without crushing.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Press down firmly to create a smooth and compact layer.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares or rectangles.
