  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese low moisture preferred
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning as an alternative
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather a 9x13 inch baking dish and a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs in the baking dish, pat them dry, and drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and cracked black pepper on top, and rub in the seasonings.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, dried oregano, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the seasoned chicken thighs in the baking dish, ensuring every piece is coated evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
