  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while it warms up.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons of espresso powder and remove from heat.
  3. Mash 2 to 3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the melted butter and espresso mixture with the mashed bananas.
  5. Mix in 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1/3 cup of brown sugar until dissolved.
