Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw frozen fillets in the fridge overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, Panko, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice into the mixture, stirring well. Press this onto each fish fillet.
- Place crusted fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Let fish cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
