Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw frozen fillets in the fridge overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, Panko, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice into the mixture, stirring well. Press this onto each fish fillet.
  5. Place crusted fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Let fish cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
